Happy Pride Month! We two fruits are here to offer you some Green Day themed beverages in these trying times. There are so many amazing openly queer artists in this day and age, but Billie Joe Armstrong has been an out and proud bisexual since 1994 and we think that’s neat.

Bobby Sox is a layered lemonade that goes both ways for this bisexual anthem. It’s a light summery mocktail to enjoy while strolling through the cemetery with your girlfriend, boyfriend, best friend, or all of the above.

There are two things gay people love: revenge on those that have dared harm them, and vodka martinis. And what tastes more like revenge than a filthy dirty blue cheese infused martini? We hope the One Eyed Bastard likes blue cheese.

“One Eyed Bastard”

4 oz Vodka

1 oz Blue Cheese

1/2 oz Olive Juice

Hard shake until chilled and double strain with a fine mesh strainer to infuse the blue cheese.
Garnish with a blue cheese stuffed olive.

“Bobby Sox”

Lemonade:
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz prickly pear syrup
1 oz water

Butterfly tea:
1 teaspoon butterfly tea powder
2 oz water
1/2 oz simple syrup

Build lemonade directly into glass, fill with ice to the top. 
Pour butterfly tea syrup mixture over the mix, using a bar spoon to help it sit on top without mixing. 
Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh orchid.
